About
I help capable leaders find the missing piece – and move.
Not with hype. Not with performative “mindset” slogans. With grounded clarity that creates real action.
Most of my clients don’t come to me because life is falling apart.
They come because life is working – and yet there’s a quiet friction they can’t outwork.
They’ve read the books. Done the programs. Built success. They can name what they should do.
And still, something essential hasn’t clicked.
“I just want to be a better person.”
That sentence is my specialty. It’s what people say when the problem isn’t information – it’s alignment.
What I actually do
I help you see the internal structure behind the problem – the identity, values, beliefs, and meaning that quietly drive your choices.
Once the structure is visible, you stop negotiating with yourself and start acting from alignment.
For leaders
- Cleaner decisions under pressure
- Less self-doubt and second-guessing
- More courage with fewer theatrics
- Integrity that actually holds when it counts
For the people you lead
- Less emotional spillover
- More trust (because you’re congruent)
- Clearer communication and standards
- A calmer, stronger center people can rely on
Why I’m not an “insta-coach”
There are coaches who sell vibes, flash reels, and borrowed certainty.
I don’t do performance.
I do the part that’s harder to fake: careful listening, sharp pattern recognition, and practical moves that hold up in real life – the kind with stakes.
My bias
Real change is measurable. If we can’t point to what’s different in your actions, relationships, or results, we’re doing philosophy, not coaching.
My tone
Calm. Direct. Human. I’ll name the thing without shaming you for having it.
A little history (the useful parts)
I’m a lifelong student of how people change – and why they don’t.
I started coaching in 2003 and trained deeply in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) because it treats the mind like a system: patterns, inputs, outputs, leverage points.
My background is technical (B.S. Information Systems Management), so my bias is simple: find the mechanism, then change the smallest thing that changes everything.
Training that actually matters
- ICF-accredited coach training – professional coaching fundamentals and ethics
- NLP Practitioner + Master Practitioner – pattern change at the level of language, emotion, and behavior
- NLP Health Practitioner – identity and “spiritual-level” change work (beyond technique)
- NLP Hypnosis – focused state work when it’s appropriate
- University of Pennsylvania – Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization (5-course series)
Translation: I’m not winging it, and I’m not selling vibes. I’m trained, and I use the training in a human way.
The questions I ask (because of the systems background)
- What’s the real problem under the symptom?
- What’s the smallest change that produces the biggest shift?
- What pattern keeps recreating this outcome – even when you “know better”?
If you’re tired of generic advice, this will feel like a relief.
Who this is for
Most of my clients are leaders and entrepreneurs who are already successful on paper.
They want to lead themselves and lead others with more clarity, courage, and integrity – without burning out or turning into a motivational caricature.
We’re a fit if
- You’re tired of circling insight without movement
- You’re willing to look at yourself without collapsing into self-judgment
- You want truth you can use – not ideas that sound good
- You’re ready to act differently, not just understand differently
We’re not a fit if
- You want a quick pep talk or temporary relief
- You want someone to agree with your story
- You’re collecting coaches the way some people collect courses
- You’re not ready to make real decisions
If you’re referred here
You probably heard something like, “You’ve gotta talk to Erol.”
That’s how most of my clients arrive – through people who’ve experienced the work and want that kind of clarity for someone they care about.
Book a Breakthrough Call
We’ll find the real obstacle, name it clearly, and map the next step you can actually execute.
This is a real conversation – not a sales script.
